This Giving Tuesday, please help more athletes with disabilities to have access to inclusive sport and recreation programming, and the equipment and supports they need to thrive.

By donating today to Jays Care Foundation, you will be helping children and youth with disabilities by providing them with:

• The opportunity to play on an inclusive and accessible baseball team at least once per week.
• Access to healthy and nutritious foods so they have the energy to play.
• Access to the tools and supports that are needed to succeed such as a great coach, uniform, adaptive equipment, respite support, day programs, winter hampers and renewable scholarships.

Thanks to The Sprott Foundation, the first $25,000 donated between November 21st and November 29th will be matched.
