Join the CFA for a fun family day in support of a great cause!

Fundraising is necessary to provide this cardiac rehabilitation program at little or no cost to the patient. Each year since 2005 the CFA has joined the national Walk of Life and with your help is able to raise the funds necessary to keep providing this much needed program at the Ontario Aerobics Centre. The CFA is grateful to the Cardiac Health Foundation of Canada for continuing to extend their support and enable us to be a part of this national fundraiser for cardiac rehabilitation. All funds raised by the CFA are directed to the cardiac rehabilitation program at the Ontario Aerobics Centre in Breslau under the medical direction of Dr. John Schaman M. D. As well, each year the CHFC generously provides a grant to the CFA based on our fundraising efforts with the CFA Walk of Life.
