Windy City Angels

Virtual Marathon
Sunday, October 11 - 18, 2020

The Angelman Syndrome Foundation is an official charity of the Bank of America Chicago Marathon. The Windy City Angels Team allows runners from beginner to the more advanced to participate in the marathon while raising funds and awareness of Angelman syndrome.

The marathon was cancelled for 2020, so we are offering runners a virtual experience to still complete a marathon in 2020! Now's the time to join!

Angelman syndrome, initially presumed to be very rare, is now believed to be a genetic disorder affecting thousands more. Many, cases go undiagnosed or misdiagnosed as cerebral palsy, autism or other childhood disorders. For more information on this rare, neurogenetic disorder, visit the Angelman Syndrome Foundation website.

If you have any questions or need further information, please contact Kitty Murphy, ASF events coordinator at or 630-978-4245.
