                                                   What is the Inside Ride?                                         

“A party with a purpose"

The Inside Ride is Canada's indoor cycling challenge that raises funds in support of children and their families living with and beyond childhood cancer. We bring the bikes, the music, the DJ and the awards. You bring the teams of riders, the volunteers, your energy and fundraising. Together we raise the roof!
Events are happening all across the country - we are excited you have found one to participate in.

Register now as a cyclist, volunteer, or team captain, and celebrate your efforts to raise funds and awareness for kids and teens with cancer.
Hearth Place in partnership with Fer- Pal and the Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation are teaming up again on Sunday, November 12th to bring The Inside Ride to Oshawa Airport for your 3rd event!
  100% of the funds raised at this event will be distributed to the Pediatric Cancer Family Support Program at Hearth Place.

The Pediatric Cancer Family Support Program offers a variety of programs to help families navigate their childhood cancer journey.All of our programs are offered free of charge. We provide monthly family support groups, sibling support, fun days and in home therapeutic programs for children with cancer. 

Online registration closes on Thursday, November 9th at 10 am
Fundraising minimum is $600 per team.



Event Schedule

Advanced Check In (Team Captains Only)- Sunday November 12th - 9:00 AM.
Make event day arrival easy, Team Captains hand in team package (Team Summary, pledge form, funds) the day before.

Event Day Timing

  9:00 am - Team Captain Drop & Go Check In opens
  9:30 am - Participants arrive on site
  9:45 am - Teams to Bikes for orientation
10:00 am - Opening Ceremony & Dedication
10:10 am - We Ride! 6 rounds of cycling, 5 minutes each, at a fun pace. There's a break between each round to switch cyclists.
11:00 am - Medals and Thanks!
