My Message

Thank you for supporting me in my fundraising efforts. For the third consecutive year, I will be participating in the Imagine A Cure for Leukemia & Energy FITBOX 6hr Kickbox Marathon on Sunday February 8, 2015.

I wish I didn't have a story to tell. Leukemia was the unwanted guest who arrived at our family's door. After entering, it brought with it only shadows of sadness we never thought possible. The grief of losing my loving husband and soul-mate, Claudio, only 3 and a half years after it claimed the loving smile of my beloved and devoted mother, Anna, has been too much to bare.

Knowing they both are watching over us is how I find strength to persevere and in that strength I am committed to Imagine A Cure for Leukemia so that one day, other children will be blessed with having their dads and grandmothers around to watch them grow and build a lifetime of memories.
