Steve is the Eastern Canada Manager for Baker Hughes Process and Pipeline Services in Eastern Canada. Steve has worked with Baker Hughes and formerly BJ Services for the past 7 years. During this time, Steve has developed an in depth understanding of the oil and gas industry by working with clients in upstream exploration & production, pipeline transmission, and downstream refining & petrochemical processing. Steve’s 13 year career has been focused on the oil & gas industry in Atlantic Canada. After graduating from Dalhousie University, Steve started his career as a well evaluation engineer working on oil & gas exploration and production projects both onshore and offshore. Immediately prior to joining Baker Hughes, Steve worked with exploration companies on various drilling projects offshore Nova Scotia. Steve is a perennial committee volunteer with The Maritimes Energy Association. He looks forward to the opportunity to channel his energy and enthusiasm in representing all members of the Maritime Energy Association. Steve lives in Halifax with his wife Erika and two children; Kenzie and Asha.
