I’M A BRAT.
I’m a brat who loves to run! I was raised by military parents, in multiple military communities. I don’t run particularly fast, but I can run for a long, long time. I’d like to think some of that spirit and determination - or stubbornness - comes partially from that background.

On September 18th I’ll be running the half marathon Army Run in Ottawa and I’m fundraising for the Military Families Fund (MFF).

The MFF allows for several areas of support, including rehabilitation, education, financial assistance in the case of injury or death of a CF member due to service, and urgent and extraordinary financial demands where the ability to provide family necessities is at risk.
