I’m raising money in support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation by participating in its annual walk and run event.
My mother was a true believer of taking her power walks every day until her stroke at the age of 79 and could no longer walk as fast as she would have liked to.. I know that my mother will be walking next to me on this special day and it is for this special reason that I am raising money in support of the Heart & Stroke.
