It's that time of year again, when Gracie, Jaime and I  participate in the Toronto Challenge to help support vital programs and services for seniors at Dixon Hall Neighbourhood Services.

Recent statistics show that for the first time seniors have outnumbered children in Canada; our population is not just growing older, but are living longer too. 

Please consider supporting us in raising money so Dixon Hall can continue to provide a hot nutritional meal to those in need in their homes, provide specialized services to people with Alzheimer disease or provide door-to-door rides to critical medical and therapy appointments.

Your donation will have a direct impact on the health and well-being of seniors and adults living with disabilities or illness, by providing support for programs and services that promote healthy and independent living.
