It's that time of the year that I get excited to walk with all my family and friends to celebrate me and my buddies with Down syndrome. I'm ready to walk in my 6th Buddy walk with Brayden's Bunch as we participate in the 2018 Down Syndrome Association of Greater Charlotte Buddy Walk on October 20th to promote community inclusion. I am inviting you to join me by walking with Brayden's Bunch and/or donating to the Buddy Walk! It's a fun family event that my family wants to share with your family. So mark your calendars and join us as we educate, advocate and celebrate!!

The Buddy Walk is a one-mile walk and family fun day that includes arts and crafts, bounce houses and more! It is the largest fundraiser for the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Charlotte (DSAGC). This event enables the DSA-GC to put on many of its programs, including educational meetings and symposiums, Carolinas Down Syndrome Conference, First Call parent mentor program, sleep-away Camp Horizon, summer-day Camp Holiday, social groups and the DSAGC Together in Education school partnership program. 

The DSA-GC serves individuals with Down syndrome, their families, educators and professionals in Charlotte and the 11 surrounding counties.
