OK....so I am about 6 weeks into a diet and fitness program.  37 pounds lost so far and I feel optomistic (but its not the first time).  I am going to use RRR in February to help me stay on track.  My commitment is 100 miles personally.  I usually do 2.5 - 3 miles per day so this will require closer to 4.
