If you follow me on Facebook, you probably remember last year was the first year I took "the plunge" for Special Olympics! This charity is near and dear to my heart and I'm excited to be participating in the plunge again this year!

You're probably thinking, "Is she crazy?" Definitely! But that's beside the point...

Those who know me know I'm not a thrill seeker or adrenaline junkie by any means! But this opportunity to support Special Olympics athletes is so important, I'm willing to take the plunge and do something totally outside of my comfort zone. 

This year, I've set my personal fundraising goal at $1,000 and I need YOUR HELP to get there! I would appreciate your sponsorship and I encourage you to give whatever amount is right for you. Even if you can only contribute $10 or $20, I would be so grateful for your sponsorship. Your money will go toward supporting Special Olympic athletes in our community compete and achieve their goals!

But wait, there's more ... (drum roll, please) ... I have received a pledge from a donor willing to match dollar for dollar each donation I receive for this year's plunge. That means every donation will be doubled! So, please give generously.
