I will be biking100km again this year to help fundraise for Cystic Fibrosis (CF) research, in honour of our little friend Lucy Mittler who is living with this disease. This event is incredibly inspiring watching fellow riders with CF doing the ride thanks to the medical advancements, including lung and kidney transplants, via donations like yours.  

CF is the most common, fatal genetic disease affecting young Canadians. It destroys the lungs and digestive system – making life short, breathing restricted and way too much time in the hospital getting treatment. Currently there is no cure. The positive news is that huge strides have been made via research, making the lives of those with CF longer and better quality.  There is reasoned optimism to believe that a cure is within reach.
