My Message

This is my 3rd time biking in support of digestive health, and will be doing 100km (my longest ride thus far).  Not only did I marry a researcher/gastroenterologist, but we have several close friends who are living with digestive disorders, as well as my Dad was recently diagnosed with Crohn's.

Did you know 2 out of every 3 Canadians will sufffer from some kind of digestive disorder this year? Crohn's, colitis, IBS, celiac disease, bloating, GERD, and dozens of other digestive conditions can be embaressing and debilitating.

The good news is that if we do speak up, 42% of digestive disease can be prevented and nearly 100% treated.

This September, me and my bike will take to the beautiful wine country of Prince Edward County to support the Canadian Digestive Health Foundation in their annual RISE Revolution Cycle event. RISE is an opportunity for you and me to help the Canadian Digestive Health Foundation raise money for digestive health and disease research and awareness intiatives.

Help me reach my fundraising goal by sponsoring me! You can make a tax deductible donation on-line quickly and securely through my personal fundraising page.

Thank you!
