Dear family and friends, 

Once again, I will be running the Toronto Challenge 5K to support seniors and their caregivers in the community!  I am especially excited because, this year, my whole family—Hitoshi, Kaede and Sakura—will be running with me! 

This is my fourth year running the race and working at Dixon Hall as a case manager. Every single day, I see firsthand how the funds raised in this event make a difference in our service users’ lives and in our community. All proceeds from this run will be used to help seniors access food, transportation, opportunities for social gathering, emotional support, health care, home care, and safer places to live.
