RCM Taylor Academy Playathon 2022

While the world did not let us continue the tradition as planned, we are now ready to bring it back.  The playathon is a fundraising and awareness event that will include all Academy students. There are two main components:  Fundraising and Performing.

FUNDRAISING

My goal is $200!! 

PERFORMING

The event will be held on Saturday, May 21st, from 10am-4pm.  Our hope is to present the event outside in the front of the building.  This way we can attract the Bloor Street public to stop and listen. 

We will have plenty of performance material.  We will schedule solos and chamber ensembles by using our jury and chamber concert repertoire.

Support the students of The Taylor Academy as they come together for 6 hours of music making in the courtyard of The Royal Conservatory on Bloor Street. Students, alumni, faculty, and other special guests will participate in the full-day playathon.
