Virtual Rec Connect (VRC) is a virtual Adult Day Program designed for older adults who are waiting for or unable to access in-person supports. Each week, participants join in from home to connect with familiar staff and one another through programs that spark conversation, build routine, and bring a sense of purpose to the day.

Whether it’s a live cooking demo, exercises, music, trivia, or just a friendly chat — these programs help reduce isolation and remind people that they’re not alone. VRC also works to remove barriers by offering access by phone or Zoom, language-specific programming, and a device lending program for those who need it.
