Starting Thursday Feb 27th and ending March 6th is CiTR Radio's annual fund raising campaign. A substantial amount of CiTR’s operating budget comes from a small student fee levy, and the rest of our operating costs need to be raised from donations.
This coming fall, CiTR is moving into a new space! Your trusted source of alternative and independent programming will now be part of a state of the art, sustainable, magical and accessible new Student Union Building at UBC.
Our goal is $35,000!
Last year I raised $571.90! Thanks so much to everybody who donated.

With this money, we can cover the costs of the move and our regular operating expenses to continue offering quality independent content, broadcast training, and community-driven media.
I’ll be hosting my Fundrive show this Thursday Feb 27th from 6-7:30pm (Vancouver time) on 101.9fm or www.citr.ca. I hope you listen in to the great tunes I’ll be spinning. I’ll also be giving away cd’s and tickets to The Cave Singers on air for people who call in to donate specific amounts during the show.
