The Chinese philosopher Laozi said the " a journey of a thousnd miles begins with a single step".

Starting on Novenber 8th, 2016, my 42nd birthday. I will embark on a one year long commitment to run 1000 miles to raise awarness and charitable contributions for Marine veterans through the MARSOC Foundation. My journey will end on midnight November 7th, 2017.
