My Message

The Masa Kumta is more of an adventure then a challenge.

My son serves in the IDF now and follows in the foot steps of my father who also served in the IDF back in 1948. I want to be able to experience what they went through and at the same time contribute to such and incredible charity and cause.

 I am dedicating this Masa to my father, Jack Berger z"l, who fought in Israel from 1948-1956.

My father was a captain in the Israeli army from 1948-1956. He just passed away on January 10, 2019 at the age of 89. I am humbled by the number of condolence letters from our friends, community and soldiers of Israel. 
This Masa Kumta means a great deal to me and I dedicate my effort in his name.

David...my dad probably served with your father...he was in the Israeli army from 48-52 in the Engineering Corp. He detonated bombs and land mines.- out of the camps and fought for Israeli independence.....

As a former CAF member I have burned more than my share of rubber from my "big black Cadillacs" and can tell you that if you aren't blistered, battered and bruised by the end of this you didn't do it right. I am proud of Max for standing up for Israel. I am proud of David for doing what he should know better than to be doing at his age....?????? ..... the cheque is in the mail!
