"I am a great bowler, my ability to mentor others in sports events, having a job, and being a good co-worker"
How has Special Olympics changed your life?
"I’ve made friends with both athletes and coaches. It’s helped me improve my sports skills. It helps me be physically fit."
What challenges have you had to overcome, and how did Special Olympics help you?
"My disability has sometimes made it difficult to feel like I fit in. In Special Olympics, I feel like I belong. Special Olympics has also allowed me to gain some leadership skills."
What does attending USA Games mean to you?
"I’m excited to meet people from all over the country. I look forward to working with my team members in an exciting environment."
What is something interesting about you that most people don’t know?
"I like to travel. I kissed the Blarney Stone in Ireland."
