It's cold out there. And on February 24, I’m participating in the “coldest night” walk - where I will walk 3 miles on the coldest night, representing the Beacon of Hope homeless shelter in Pottstown. Together with other people across America, I'll be walking and fundraising to support people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in my community. People are living outside all winter long and shelters are overpopulated and can’t roof everyone. If you want and are able, join my team and walk with me on Saturday February 24! Or if you want and are able, donate, (funds I raise will go directly to the Beacon of Hope)! And if neither of those work for you, please spend an intentional moment thinking about those living on the streets in our community and beyond.
