I'm fundraising in the Ride for Refuge on October 5 in solidarity with the victims we serve at NSVS.   I have been a volunteer Crisis Responder since 2021 and recently was hired as the first Development Director for the organization.  This event supports local  people seeking hope, safety, and freedom.  As a NSVS team, we respond to calls of sudden death, domestic violence, human trafficking, trauma, and crisis to support and offer resources, security devices, cell phones, victim kits and   emergency accomodation.   

I am proud to advocate for the victims we serve with compassion and give our services free of charge to within the Orillia and area 365 days of the year.  By participating in the RIDE, I'm standing in solidarity with people who have little or no voice and who often get left behind or ignored. And by fundraising, I'm supporting a charity who is bringing hope and refuge to those same people. Thanks for supporting me!
