I'm fundraising in the Ride for Refuge on October 5 to raise money for Crossways to Life, a Christian, faith-based counselling and teaching organization.

I am passionate about the work Crossways to Life does to support people struggling with addictions, anxiety, depression, codependency, anger and many other areas of common struggle - many of whom (like me) have grown up in various churches and Christian communities.

My journey with Crossways to Life began about 10 years ago. The counselling and teaching I received helped me discover the truth about who I am and who Jesus is. I learned how I could live feeling more confident and less anxious, even in the midst of struggles and challenging circumstances.
