Just a reminder that on September 21, 2024, I'm walking and fundraising to publicly honour and support Arrowsmith Health Care Society. I have been a board member of Arrowsmith Health Care Society (AHCS) for 8 years and have truely enjoyed participating in directing the work of AHCS and ensuring that we care for more than the medical issues of the residents. 

We are currently raising funds to create a more inclusive outdoor space for our residents. Our beautiful orchard needs to be made accessible for those in wheelchairs, scooters and walkers. Greater shade cover is needed so large groups and small can enjoy this area. The activity staff work hard with the residents to give them as much outdoor experiences as possible.
