The Yoganauts are students of Sooke yoga teacher Amy Rubidge. We practice Sundays at 10:30 AM at Revolution Dance Studio in the town centre. Drop-ins are welcome. Many of us are aged 60-plus and dedicated to life-long learning, practice and health. We're excited about the promise of The Gathering Place for multi-generational connection and activities galore --  exercise, cooking, arts & crafts, book clubs and, yes, hopefully yoga too in what we know will be a wonderful setting.
