In a year that has seen so much bloodshed, hatred, and divisiveness globally and in North America, it’s hard not to become angry or despairing, but then I think about individuals & groups who counter with the strength of kindness and generosity, like Kinbrace.

On October 5th, my family is bike riding to raise funds for Kinbrace: East Van's Refugee Housing & Support. https://kinbrace.ca/ through the annual nation-wide Ride for Refuge. In addition to housing refugee claimants (including many families with small children) Kinbrace guides them through the stressful and confusing asylum process. 

This is the third year our family is supporting this charity, and we are asking for your support to do it!
