Hello friends and family!

On August 31st, I will be running 30km around Campbell Valley Regional Park. With that, I decided to partner with my dear friend Loree's organization, Feels Like Home Newcomers. In anticipation of the Ride for Refuge, which will be held on the 5th of October, I am joining the team of my friend Camryn (Loree's daughter). By participating in the Ride (Run) for Refuge, I'm standing in solidarity with people who have little or no voice and who often get left behind or ignored. By fundraising, I'm supporting a not-for-profit organization that is bringing hope and refuge to those same people.
