Team MiS is currently walking 5 kms to fundraise to build the Sooke Gathering Place. The Sooke Gathering Place will run Seniors Drop In Programs, provide for seniors and youth to engage in meaningful ways, house a community kitchen, and offer space for other community members to rent for celebrations or programs. Sooke is one of the few communities in B.C. that doesn't have a Senior's Drop In Centre, and we haven't had one for 14 years! You can help get this much needed asset built.  All donations over $20 will get a tax credit and shout out on MiS!

It took 40 years for volunteers to get Ayre Manor built. It took over 20 years to get the Child, Youth & Family Centre built! We can do this!
