I've been working at Kinbrace for over 5 years now and I regularly get to see newly arrived refugee claimants move in. People often arrive tired and scared and it takes a few weeks for them to start to relax and start trusting those around them.

The settlement help they receive at Kinbrace is invaluable. Having safe housing and a wrap around community supporting you and cheering you on does a world of good. By the time they move out to more permanant housing you can see the confidence that has been built.

Refugee claimants are just like you and I. Wouldn't you want there to be someone there to help your family if you needed help?
