I'm fundraising in the Ride for Refuge on October 5 to support the Victoria - Sanctuary Youth Centre. Located in the basement of Church of Our Lord in downtown Victoria, Sanctuary Youth Centre provides a safe and supportive environment for Victoria’s street entrenched or at risk youth. Operating five days a week, the drop-in program gives youth access to showers, meals, groceries, mentorship and activities. Each month over 170 individual youth (between the ages of 14 and 22) access Sanctuary’s space.

By participating in the RIDE, I'm standing in solidarity with people who have little or no voice and who often get left behind or ignored. And by fundraising, I'm supporting a charity who is bringing hope and refuge to those same people. Thanks for supporting me! #ride24
