It's cold out there. And this February, I'm going to do something about it. Together with thousands of Canadians across the country, I'll be walking and fundraising to support people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in my community. Funds raised will go to a project called Groundwork. Groundwork is a wrap-around program for individuals 15 years and older living in poverty in South Simcoe. The program provides consistent support to individuals by incorporating group training, barrier free mental health supports, mentorship and safe employment opportunities.
