As the weather gets colder I feel especially grateful for all I have. Many think of this time of year as joyful and celebratory but not everyone is so lucky. Some face additional hardships in the colder months and rely on the work of grassroots organizations for support. Haven on the Queensway is a local organization which helps people in our community who are facing food insecurity and houselessness. Haven needs donations to do their important work.
