This year, people in our community are turning to food banks and hot meal programs in record numbers. And, as the days get colder, we know that we’ll see even more families at the Neighbour to Neighbour Centre, the Mountain‘s only food bank.
Unfortunately, the current postal strike coincides with one of the most important times of the year: the holiday fundraising season.
I certainly support CUPW, and hope for a swift and fair resolution to the strike. At the same time, I would be grateful if friends would continue to support N2N at this critical time.
To that end, I'm going to try to help raise some money. I'll be walking and fundraising to support people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in our community. If you're able, please give generously by clicking the "Donate Now" button.
Thank you so much!
