It's cold out there. And on February 22, I'm going to do something about it. I will be walking with my family to support Logifem during CNOY (The Coldest Night of the Year). Logifem is an organization that supports women experiencing residential instability and their children.

All funds raised for this event will go towards Logifem's La Lumineuse shelter which provides shelter to women and their adolescent children. Logifem is the ONLY shelter in Quebec which provides shelter for women and their adolescent children, for women who may not be victims of domestic abuse but who may be experiencing residential instability for other reasons.
