This annual fundraiser event in support of Ray of Hope (ROH), is extra special for me this year.  The walk will mark a significant personal milestone.  It's one year since my first chemo treatment. I completed the 2024 CNOY walk off site ahead of the official event, to ensure (with the support of others) that this wonderful oganization can meet the needs of people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in Kitchener-Waterloo.

The health challenges I've faced this year, pale in comparison to the ongoing daily grind the clients and guests of ROH's Community Centre face.
