It's cold out there. And this February, I'm going to do something about it. On Saturday the 22nd I'll be walking and fundraising to support Lockport CARES homeless shelter. We provide emergency housing to men, women and families in Niagara County and the surrounding area. The idea is to offer a hand up rather than a hand out.
