Very excited to join my peers and fellow members of the Culinary Federation - Ottawa Chapter to walk for the Ottawa Mission! As chefs, we are dedicated to providing food to others just as the Mission is dedicated to providing not only food but shelter, clothing and skills to those that are vulnerable, homeless and hungry!

I recently had the opportunity to be a guest lecturier at Chef Ric's Food Service Training Program and saw the dedicated skills and vocational program in action. I am so encouraged for the success of the students (three cohorts a year!).
