It's -9C out there....with a "feels like" of -15C!! Have you ever wondered "how can anyone stand outside even for a few seconds when it's so cold out there?" Well, hundreds and thousands of homeless people have to do just that for much longer than only a few seconds! And this February, I'm going to do something about it.
