It's cold out there. And this February, I'm going to do something about it. Together with "Team Ellerslie", I'll be walking and fundraising to support the women and children at the Adeara Recovery Centre.

Supporting Adeara is a good cause because it allows moms to have their children with them at the centre while they work to recover from their various addictions.

My family and I have participated in this walk for 4 years, three of those with Team Ellerslie. I am glad for this opportunity to support Adeara.
