On February 22 I will be participating in the Coldest Night of the Year walk. Funds raised will stay in Oceanside and be managed by Island Crisis Care Society. They collaborate with the local Homelessness Support Team to assist people who need financial and/or personal support to remain housed, to find housing for others, as well as to provide direct outreach to people who are living/sleeping rough. Any of these interventions can be life changing and life saving.
