It's cold out there. And this February, I'm going to do something about it. Together with thousands of Canadians across the country, I'll be walking and fundraising to support folks in the west and rural west of Ottawa. The funds raised will go directly toward supporting emergency needs for my centre's clients across all our programs. This could means things like bus tickets, grocery gift cards, breastfeeding support, and transportation assistance—services that can make a huge difference in someone’s life but aren’t always easy to fund.
