Hello my friends and neighbours!
It's cold out there! For several years now, I've organized a team from our church to participate in the Coldest Night of the Year walk in downtown Kitchener. We saw the need first hand during COVID when our church hosted a shelter for the winter.
This weekend, our St. Andrew's Presbyterian team is joining with the St. Peter's Lutheran team to do something about it. Together, we'll be walking and fundraising to support the Ray of Hope in downtown Kitchener. If you want to learn more about the walk, check it out here: www.cnoy.org.
Ray of Hope serves people experiencing poverty, homelessness, and other challenges in Kitchener-Waterloo. They provide life-changing programming and services in a welcoming, compassionate community.
They are on the front-line, supporting those less fortunate face-to-face, everyday. With our efforts, hopefully, they won't have to worry about money as well. Please, give as you are able by clicking the "Donate Now" button above.
Thanks everyone!
