It's cold out there.

And this February, I'm going to do something about it. Together with thousands of Canadians across the country, I'll be walking and fundraising to support people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in my community.

St.Marys is a small town but there is still home insecurity here. Because of the price of housing, Perth County is one of the most expensive places to live in Ontario! Amazing, eh? Thanks to the hard work of our local Outreach Worker, many people are able to have a roof over their heads as she helps them fill out applications and lobby for services they need. Nourish Market makes fresh food more available for us all and who doesn't need a little help making grocery money go farther?
