Christopher came home from the Food Bank last Monday and declared “It’s time. It’s time for raising money!” And he’s right. The Coldest Night of the Year fundraiser for the Orangeville Food Bank is coming up on February 22nd and Christopher is keen to participate and see what he can do to help the Food Bank help the community.
Christopher volunteers at the Food Bank every Monday with Ellen and hopes that his participation again in this year’s Coldest Night of the Year walk will help as well in contributing to all good work that this Food Bank does.
With rising housing and food costs, more people than ever are looking to the Food Bank for emergency food assistance. In 2024 the Orangeville Food bank supported more than 1400 people each month. That was a 37% increase over the year before and the need keeps growing.
In previous years you all have been very generous in helping him to raise money for an organization that helps so many people through difficult times. Christopher would be honoured if you could help him raise funds again. If you can, please help Christopher help the Orangeville Food Bank by donating here.
