This February, I'm excited to be taking part in Salmon Arm's Coldest Night of the Year walk.  I am on team Food Action Society, who is the organizer of this event in SA the reciepient of our donations. 

I love the Food Action Society for the principles it stands for and all it is accomplishing in our community.  I have been behind the scenes helping with their website for years, but am excited to be able to do this walk and do something visible to show my support.  The fundraising we contribute will directly help Food Action do more.  The proceeds from this event fund so many great programs, including the community gardens and soup days at local schools which my kids directly benefit from.  Check out our website at https://shuswapfood.ca to learn more about what we do.
