Hey, friends and family! In less than 3 weeks, on February 22,  I'm going to walk again in the annual CNOY walk. This is my 5th year participating. I believe in our Greater Napanee community and the great work of Morningstar Mission, one of our local agencies working around the clock to serve the complex needs of so many wonderful people. It's been a very hard year for many of us and the resources raised from this walk support staff salaries, food and warmth, housing and resource programs. We are body, soul, and spirit and Morningstar Mission is investigating in all areas. Together with thousands of Canadians across the country, I'll be walking and fundraising for worthy organizations such as Morningstar Mission.
