It's cold out there. This February, we are going to do something about it. Together with other people across the country, we will be walking and fundraising to support people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in our community. Rather than a supply drive, we have decided to fundraise for The Mercy Mission House and participate in the COLDEST NIGHT OF THEY YEAR national event on February 22. The high school students and I will be walking 3 miles in the cold to raise awareness and meet our donation goal of $1,000 for the Mercy Mission House.
