It's cold out there. And this February, I'm going to do something about it. Together with thousands of Canadians across the country, I'll be walking and fundraising to support people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in my community. 

Each year 1,000 women in Ottawa  become homeless. The Cornerstone Housing for Women provides shelter for 150 women and supportive housing for 156 women across five housing communities in Ottawa. I am raising funds for this organization.
