Dear Family and Friends -

Five years ago, Thad and I were introduced to Cloverdale Community Kitchen and the Fraser Valley Food Bank that runs out of a local church in the Cloverale area.  We've become aware of the ever-increasing need for the services this organization provides to our neighbourhood friends, so many of whom really do struggle with food security.  

In February 2023 I did this walk to raise funds for this deserving organization and I am back at it again this year.
